Building Team Performance

High performing teams are made up of focused, skilled and aligned employees who achieve greatness beyond the sum of their parts. Basketball legend Michael Jordan sums it up well, “talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.” For managers, successful team building requires developing engaged team members who trust each other, communicate freely and resolve conflict easily.

AIM’s Building Team Performance short course will teach you the skills to develop a performance-based culture through the application of practical tools and strategies. The result will be more engaged employees who are aligned on achieving team goals, meeting performance standards and working collaboratively; raising the performance of the collective team.
