The Train the Trainer short course, run over three days across two weeks, develops the skills and knowledge to plan and present interactive and effective training sessions. Learn to analyse learning needs, structure and deliver workshops, and design engaging workshop materials through practical application.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course you will be able to:
- Conduct individual and group instruction and demonstrate work skills, using existing learning resources in a safe and comfortable learning environment
- Plan, organise and deliver training by interpreting learning program documentation, contextualising existing learning materials and monitoring learner progress
- Structure learning activities to support and reinforce new learning, build on strengths and identify areas for further development
- Choose presentation strategies and techniques that will enhance audience understanding of key concepts and central ideas
