Manage Business Effectively

Provided by: Australian Institute of Management

Focusing on the manager’s role in achieving desired business outcomes, this short course provides clear direction on how to develop, implement and monitor business plans. You’ll identify opportunities for continuous improvement, learn to minimise risk and confidently participate in commercial decision-making for your organisation, whether corporate or government, profit or not-for-profit.

Even the smallest of businesses require expertise across a myriad of domains, such as accounting and personnel leadership. For many organisations, much of this expertise falls upon a single individual. The AIM Manage Business Effectively short course, facilitated by experienced industry practitioners based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide, will provide you with the insight and knowledge to address the entirety of organisational processes and issues, enabling participants to recognise where improvements can be made and implement the required plans.

If you’re an experienced manager with increasing accountability or you’re simply looking to build your business management profile, this is an essential course for you and your career.
